This project is dedicated to abstractions made of crowds of people. The main aim of this project is constructing an artistic statement on how people behave in public places. The visual language of the project is based on epic graphic works depicting various groups of people and also on abstract expressionist paintings. The result of the work is a book on visual research that was of help during the planning of the visual part of the project and a photographic exhibition. The visual research consists of extensive material on possibilities of depicting large groups of people. The exhibition is a set of digitally manipulated photos, exploring relations between people and surrounding space.
