Conservatism vs. Modernism: Comparing Energy Transition Strategies of Russia and Saudi Arabia

The world is in energy transition, from traditional sources of energy to green renewable energy. It will change the geopolitical map of the world: rentier states that are highly dependent on hydrocarbon exports will lose, while former net-importers of natural resources that now develop renewables will benefit from the energy transition. This research is devoted to the comparison of energy transition strategies of Russia and Saudi Arabia. It consists of Introduction; Problem statement; Main body that includes Methodology, and three Chapters; Conclusion; and List of references. Introduction and Problem statement brings up to date and gives the understanding of the issue. The Main body consists of Methodology and three Chapters. Methodology explains the way this research will be completed. Three Chapters of this work are devoted to the description and analysis of a special topic and factors that were described in the Methodology part. Conclusion sums up the results of this research and describes the findings within four hypotheses that were introduced in the Methodology part. Eventually, List of references get together all used books, articles, news articles, and other references that were used in this research.
