The Impact of Gender Diversity of the Board of Directors on the Risk of Russian Companies

In this study, we examine the impact of gender diversity in the Board of Directors on the risks of Russian companies, which are estimated as the standard deviation of share prices and return on assets. We conducted a regression analysis on panel data. The results showed that gender diversity does not affect the risks of companies.
