Analysis of China-Russian Cross-border Logistics and Cross-border E-commerce

Cross-border e-commerce is growing into a new driving force for the growth of foreign trade in various countries. Russia is adjacent to China, and the former, as an emerging e-commerce market with huge potential, has attracted the attention of many cross-border e-commerce companies. Russia is also a country that has a close cooperative relationship with China along the “Belt and Road”, and has a geographical advantage and considerable economic foundation. In the context of policy dividends and the gradual maturity of the e-commerce industry, China-Russian cross-border e-commerce has grown into a new growth point for China-Russian trade, and it has developed rapidly while overcoming economic instability. However, the development of cross-border e-commerce has not yet been well integrated with international trade. Under the background of international economic turmoil, differences in national cultures and laws, and geographical environment, there are many problems that need to be overcome and solved urgently, such as low customs clearance efficiency and cross-border customs clearance. Issues such as international logistics and professional logistics talents. This article starts from the basic concepts of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border e-commerce logistics, and elaborates its characteristics and characteristics. Then, it analyzes the characteristics of China-Russian cross-border e-commerce logistics, including the scale and main categories of China-Russian cross-border e-commerce, the economic situation of China and Russia, trade policies, customs policies, and the construction of China-Russian logistics infrastructure. The influence of the Internet and new technologies on China-Russian cross-border e-commerce logistics was discussed. By analyzing typical cross-border e-commerce cases, including DHgate.com, AliExpress.com, Kaola.com and Shein.com, the model and innovation of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border e-commerce logistics development are explained. Finally, combining the current obstacles and main difficulties of China-Russian cross-border e-commerce logistics, measures to improve the efficiency of China-Russian cross-border e-commerce logistics and measures to strengthen the risk control of China-Russian cross-border e-commerce logistics are proposed.
