Аnnotation to the final qualifying work The purpose of this research is to study law enforcement practice, theoretical foundations in the field of state control and supervision of entrepreneurial activity. The goals and objectives of the work can be achieved by studying the concepts, the content of state control (supervision) over entrepreneurial activity, as well as studying the historical aspect of the emergence of state control in this area. Special attention should be devoted to the issue of differentiating the concepts of "control" and "supervision". To achieve the goal of the study, it is necessary to indicate the types of inspections, the specifics of their conduct in relation to business entities, as well as identify the problems of their implementation in law enforcement practice. Of course, it is necessary to study the issue of legislative improvement of state control (supervision) over entrepreneurial activity. Based on the results of the study, it became clear that the legislator in the texts of normative legal acts does not distinguish between the concepts of “control” and “supervision”, which results in the disorder of their application. The study showed the ambiguity of the application in practice of the legally enshrined principles of state control (supervision) over entrepreneurial activity. This implies the need to improve the legislation on state control (supervision), the need to adjust certain provisions of Federal laws, including the principles of inspections of business entities by state control (supervision) bodies.
