Protection of Property in Russian Judicial Practice and the Practice of the European Court of Human Rights

The purposes of writing the final qualifying work are: analysis of the concept of property, analysis of types of property in Russian legislation and the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, determination of the features of protection of a license of a commercial nature, protection of payments related to the right to social security and protection of intellectual property activities in Russian jurisprudence and the practice of the ECHR. The research methods used in the course of writing the work are: comparison, analysis, formal-logical, systematic approach and other research methods. The expected results of the study are: the study of the concept of ownership, the definition of types of property in Russian legislation, as well as in the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, the definition of ways to protect a license to carry out activities of a commercial nature, payments related to the right to social security and the results of intellectual activity in Russian jurisprudence and the practice of the ECHR.
