Comparative analysis of e-commerce companies based on the analysis of reviews from the Play Market

The purpose of the work is to analyze reviews from PlayMarket for AliExpress and Joom applications. In the course of the work, key categories were identified and a dictionary was compiled for each of the categories, categories were assigned to reviews. Integration with AppFollow was carried out and a daily data update process was built. Based on the selected categories, daily reports on the dynamics of the structure of reviews are built, as well as team channels in Slack are created. The novelty of the work lies in the application of text analysis to determine the company's position in the market from the point of view of its users. As a result of the work, the strengths and weaknesses of each of the applications were found.
