Application of Uplift Modeling for Video Streaming Services' Communications with Users

The study refers to applying uplift-model algorythms in communicational campaigns with Online-Video streaming users. The main purpose is increasing effectiveness of communications by using uplift-models. The main tasks include research study theoretical background in uplift-modelling field, data-preprocessing, building a bunch of different uplift-models and choosing the best of then. Also it include applying chosen model for optimization of current communicational strategy. In result, the optimal uplift-model was found and also a list of recommendations of ways to optimize current communicational strategy and implementation of chosen model to communicational system was offered. Instruments: Python, CausalML, sklearn, pandas, numpy, plotly, matplotlib and etc. Key words: uplift modelling, machine learning, data preprocessing
