The relevance of the study of the deferred life scenario in line managers is dictated by time. As can be seen from the history of the scenarios, they all reflect the main trends of the surrounding reality. Currently, this type of scenario is becoming more widespread. This can be explained by the fact that the world is filled with anxiety and the desire to achieve. At the same time, people tend to turn more and more to a psychotherapist, which may indicate that even a higher material standard of living, the presence of a family, hobbies and social significance are not conditions for living a happy full life. The observed scenario of delayed life in line managers, being an acute social problem, needs a detailed description and further research with the prospect of obtaining sufficient knowledge for correction. This study is fundamental to the phenomenon of "Deferred life scenario in line managers". The aim of this work is not only to synthesize and theoretically structure the existing knowledge about the category of life scenario, but also to consolidate the emerging cluster of deferred life scenarios. Also, this work contains a theoretical model of the deferred life scenario in line managers, which was created based on the experience of previous studies of the deferred life scenario. This model is subjected to hermeneutical analysis by the method of the film case, which allows us to test it on the condensed reality of cinema. The empirical part is based on the qualitative method. The semi-structured interview is based on the knowledge of the deferred life scenario and the theoretical model of the deferred life scenario for line managers. By means of phenomenological analysis, an empirical model of the deferred life scenario for line managers is formed, which makes it possible to fix the phenomenon and describe its criteria. And also, to create the ground and directions for further research on this topic.
