Research object: business cultures of Spain and Russia. Subject of research: definition and description of the peculiarities of business cultures in Spain and Russia on the example of the activities of LLC "Inditex". The purpose of the study is to identify and describe the peculiarities of business cultures in Spain and Russia using the example of the activities of LLC "Inditex". The relevance of the study is due to the need to determine the vector of development and improve business interaction between representatives of different cultures. Research in the aspect of intercultural communication is a new direction for Russia. However, this direction is important and promising. A detailed study of the interaction between representatives of different cultures, formed management models in the international arena will provide a wide opportunity to use them in Russian reality. In the course of the study, the following was carried out a comparative analysis of the business cultures of Spain and Russia using the typology of G. Hofstede. Because of the study, the key features and differences between the business cultures of Spain and Russia were identified, which affect the productivity of interaction. The theoretical and practical significance of the work. Because of G. Hofstede's typology, the specificity of the business cultures of Spain and Russia was determined and described, as well as the ways and means of recommendations on the productive interaction of "Inditex" with Spanish partners were proposed.
