The research covers using of information technologies in the HR industry and suggests a model for a new information system in this field. In the 21st century, IT solutions accompany us everywhere, one can say. However, companies are still on their way to digitalization. One of the major spheres for reforms is human resources. Long ago there were no even tests or interviews for getting a job. Now there is a huge number of possible devices: CV, questioning, assessments, different interviews, tests, etc. Though the necessity of all these stages is debatable, what is more unsteadily is final decision-making. Traditionally it bases on personal opinions and the stage-stairs are not quite protective. Personality is important, but personal decisions are not fully accurate and not reasonable. Slowly this problem gets a solution that includes information systems and introducing math variables for applicants estimation. Using an information system is the first step to using HR analytics. HR analytics is the process of collecting, measuring, analysis of data connected with people inside an organization. Its goal is to improve business through improving special HR metrics. So, the practical value of the research is the fact that the correct model is helpful for enterprise existence. The theoretical value is in developing variables for estimating human resources and combining information system possibilities with HR analytics benefit. The overall goal of this paper is to create a model of information system for decision-making in the human resource field. The goal can be considered as a set of the objectives: 1. Consider the history of IS in HR, highlight the main functions, benefits, and problems. 2. Determine existing business problems, especially the ones directly connected with human resources. 3. Determine indexes for future analysis in the system. 4. On the strength of previous points, describe the functionality of the system, its target users, and technical requirements. 5. Formulate conclusions. The result of the research is a model of a recruiting information system based on HR analytics.
