Development of a Digital Product for a Self-employed People

Business representatives say about two important problems - a lack of human resources and a high tax burden. To solve these problems, business customers work with specialists in a temporary employment format. For a long time, the market for temporary forms of employment was in the shadow, but at the moment a new form of temporary employment - self-employment - has been legally established. However, the business has little knowledge of self-employed performers and does not know how to work with them. To solve this problem, it is proposed to develop a concept for a digital product, since such solutions have shown their effectiveness in the labor market. A comprehensive project study of the labor market and customer companies was carried out. The result of the work is a description of the concept of a digital product that allows a business to find, attract and interact with self-employed
