Organizational Culture and Company Competitiveness

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the influence of organizational culture on the company in context of its competitiveness. To investigate the question, previous studies will be analyzed and the results of these studies will be presented. A number of methods will then be examined to investigate the relationship between the culture and the company competitiveness. Finally, main company success indicators will be explored to understand the level of company competitiveness on the market. After that it will be used Denison's model to assess the impact of organizational culture on competitiveness. The research will conclude by creating some recommendations for improving the company's organizational culture.
