The Use of Digitalization Tools in the Recruitment Field

In this work we evaluate the relevance of digital technologies used in modern business in the Russian Federation and identify innovative tools to manage the recruitment process. The digital tools and technologies are used more intensively in HR-practice, to increase the efficiency of work processes. In the recruitment process the implementation of modern technologies becomes a necessity for maintaining the competitiveness of companies. Active integration of modern tools into the recruiting process can enhance the traditional HR development strategy of the company by increasing efficiency and quality of work of recruitment specialists.
