Implementation of a Project Management Model at the All-Russian Children's Center "Smena"

Аnnotation: In the dissertation work, a study of the effectiveness of organizing the processes of project management and project training of the All-Russian Children's Center "SMENA" was carried out, the main approaches to working with projects based on institutions of additional education were analyzed, as well as features of the platform approach and digital transformation in the education system. Based on the analysis of the collected data, the authors of the dissertation research developed a descriptive map of the main tools and approaches to the implementation of project management in the system of additional education institutions subordinate to the Government of the Russian Federation; formed the author's model for integrating project management into the activities of the VDC "SMENA"; prepared and submitted to the management of the subject of the final qualification work a consolidated action plan for the implementation of project management and project training in the all-Russian children's center "SMENA". The results of the final qualification work can be used to integrate the developed approaches and tools into the program for the implementation of project management in the activities of various institutions of additional education.
