The first chapter considers the theoretical concepts of social entrepreneurship including the factors that influenced its emergence and development. The second chapter looks at comparative analysis by exploring the international best practices of social entrepreneurship in Turkey, Great Britain, and China. The third chapter draws recommendations for addressing the existing problems in expanding social entrepreneurship using the following research methods: comparative analysis, synthesis, expert assessment, and survey of entrepreneurs. These recommendations are designed for practical application by state authorities to navigate the decision-making on developing social entrepreneurship in the country, form methodological materials on expanding the social sector, and create a favorable environment for stimulating entrepreneurship in Kazakhstan in general.
