Inplementation of the Process Approach in the Medical Facility Based on Clinical Diagnostic Center in the State Autonomous Institution of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) “Yakutian Republican Ophthalmological Clinical Hospital”

The organization of medical care is a complex and ramified technological process, in which new technologies are being introduced more and more intensively. In this regard, the search and implementation of management techniques becomes relevant. In the work, a study was carried out by the method of observing processes in a medical organization. The monitoring of chronometric indicators of processes, modeling of the process map and individual processes, analysis of activities using indicators of the quality of medical care was carried out. Processing of the obtained data made it possible to identify critical sub-processes and take measures to optimize the processes. The results of the work prove that the introduction of a process approach to a medical organization improves the indicators of the quality and availability of medical care to the population.
