Since the beginning of 2020, the whole world has begun to fight against COVID-19. Undoubtedly, the issue of an urgent transition of healthcare systems around the world to a digital mode for providing remote medical care to people in self-isolation mode has become a top priority. As a result, the demand for services of remote medical care (telemedicine), as well as remote monitoring of the health of patients has increased several times in many countries of the world. In this regard, to develop and provide an affordable, simple and understandable service for the provision of medical services remotely both for public clinics and hospitals, and for private clinics is the main task for many companies all over the world now.

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.

The full text of a thesis can be published in open access on the HSE website only if the authoring student (copyright holder) agrees, or, if the thesis was written by a team of students, if all the co-authors (copyright holders) agree.
