Assessment of the satisfaction of healthcare providers in Russia is a poorly developed area with difficulties for transfer of foreign experience. In this work a questionnaire for assessment of the satisfaction of medical providers and hospital staff of a COVID-hospital was developed. The level of satisfaction of medical providers and hospital staff of the COVID-hospital have been assessed. The factors that have the major impact on staff satisfaction have been identified.
