Development and Implementation of a Strategy Children\'s Language Centre in Modern Conditions

Today, almost all companies are constantly looking for solutions that allow the company to survive in the competition. In an ever-changing environment, there is a need for strategic management that will ensure the company's success in the market. The purpose of this master's thesis is to develop and implement a strategy for the development of a children's language center in modern conditions. The work was carried out on the example of the center "Poliglotiki", located in Nizhny Novgorod. In the first chapter of the study, the basic concepts of strategic management were described, analytical tools used to analyze the strategic situation of the enterprise were studied, and approaches to the formation of the organization's strategy were described. The second chapter is devoted to the analysis of the market of services of private children's language centers and the definition of the current strategic position of the center "Poliglotiki" in this market. When analyzing the strategic situation in the internal and external environments of the company, the methods of SPACE analysis, system-situational analysis, Porter's five forces, PESTLE analysis, and SWOT analysis based on expert assessment were used. This chapter also provides a comparative analysis of the center's activities before and after the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic, and based on the data obtained, recommendations are developed for choosing a further strategy for the development of the Poliglotiki Language center. The third chapter is devoted to the development and implementation of the strategy. To do this, first of all, the vision, mission and system of goals of the organization are formed. Based on the analysis, a calendar plan of measures for the implementation of the chosen strategy was developed and an assessment of the effectiveness of its implementation was carried out. The result of the master's thesis was the developed strategy for the further development of the company, which showed its effectiveness as a result of evaluating the first steps to implement it.
