At present, it is impossible to imagine a modern organization that would function without having at least one automated information system in it. It is known that when creating a system, the analyst must establish business interaction between the customer's representatives and the development team. However, the business analyst and the customer do not always manage to achieve a complete understanding. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to find methodological grounds for improving the effectiveness of interaction and to develop recommendations for the process of collecting requirements. By analyzing the literature on business interaction, analyzing publications on behavioural models, system analysis of the theory of social interaction and interviews - a literature review and relevant recommendations were created. Accordingly, the synthesis of the acquired knowledge will allow us to develop recommendations for the process of collecting requirements, which will serve as a basis for solving the problem of cooperation, communication and coordination.
