Developing a Communication Strategy for Nonprofit Organization

This thesis is dedicated to the development of a communication strategy for a non-profit organization. The application research highlights the marketing communication specifics of a public organization located in the Nizhny Novgorod region. The work includes studying the specifics of the organization's operational activities, review of its target audience, analysis of consumer preferences and behavioral patterns. The developed set of measures will help the organization to set up and streamline the communication activities with regards to its goals.
