The relevance of the topic is due to the fact that remote work is becoming an integral part of our life. Since the onset of the pandemic in March 2020, according to data from Kelly Services, the percentage of employees working remotely has grown from 6% of the working population to 54%. The object of research in this work is the employees of service departments in IT companies who work remotely. The aim of the study is to analyze the changes in the performance of employees of service departments in IT companies when switching to remote work, as well as to develop a methodology for transferring and monitoring employees to it. The development of this topic is not very high, since remote work of employees of service departments is a new type of employment for most organizations. At the moment, there is not a lot of material on the impact of remote work on employees, the list of used literature is also limited. The study uses interviewing and comparison techniques. Conducting employee interviews is the only possible way to find out the degree of influence of remote work on the work process, the performance of employees and their psychological state. The comparison is used to determine the impact of introducing remote work within a particular organization, according to a change in its financial position.
