Manufacturing enterprises in the Russian Federation are increasingly required to implement changes in the production organization to meet the constantly changing market conditions and growing demands from consumers. Under these conditions, the use of the concept of Lean production in the enterprise is more profitable than the use of a mass-production system. The urgency of this problem is also supported by the interest in solving this problem on the part of the Government of the Russian Federation, which in 2018 initiated the creation of the national project "Improving labor Productivity and supporting employment". One of the points of this project is the transition to the organization of production using methods and tools of Lean production. Within the framework of the work, the subject area of application of Information Centers is investigated, including for the task of involving employees of the enterprise in transformations (from mass to lean production) and managing the project of transformation of the production system. The structure of the Infocenter has been developed (with the allocation of the necessary sections and fields for displaying). Appropriate templates have been created for all data formats (such as title, initiative, and monitoring). In addition, thanks to the formed Information Center management model, the interaction between the Enterprise's Information Center and the workshop's Information Center is organized. Developed a technical specification for an IT solution for managing a system of Information Centers with user manuals For the participating company "Concern "Thermal", successful testing of the CI system was carried out and the operation of the Information Center system was initiated; The developed CI system with modifications can be integrated into the National Project of "Improving Labor Productivity and Supporting Employment"
