The purpose of the study is to identify the features of communication between a client and a business on Instagram, considering the personal characteristics of users, as well as the marketing goals of the company. The object of the research is business communication in social networks. The subject of the research is the characteristic features of the implementation of business communications on Instagram. The work consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion, a list of references, and applications. The introduction reveals the relevance of the chosen topic, describes the goals and objectives of the work. The first chapter outlines the theoretical aspects of business communication, its goals, and main elements. The second chapter is devoted to the description of the case study. The third chapter sets out recommendations for the implementation of communication between the client and the business on Instagram. The conclusion summarizes the work done. The theoretical research was carried out by analyzing the literature and archival sources. Applied research – using survey methods, questionnaires, and interviews. The practical value of the final work lies in the fact that the developed list of recommendations is universal and suitable for most sellers promoting their brand on Instagram.
