Knowledge Auditing and Mapping in a Project/Organization

The purpose of this study is to conduct an audit and mapping of knowledge for the implementation of key business processes in the «Brand and Digital» organization. Knowledge audit in this organization is initiated by the CEO to accelerate knowledge sharing in business, structuring, automating the work of employees, identifying and mapping critical knowledge for the main business processes. The following research methods was used: interviews, database analysis, and surveys. Within the framework of this work, interviews were conducted with employees and management of the company to identify existing knowledge; one of the key business processes of the company was analyzed, gaps in the knowledge of employees of the organization were identified; knowledge maps were compiled in the form of a mind map; an optimized business process was compiled based on the analysis of the availability of critical knowledge for employees of the organization.
