Research and improvement of the company's business processes gives a competitive advantage in the market, as it allows you to exclude unnecessary actions that do not bring value to the consumer and do not bring profit to the company. The process of working with a client in a company can be considered one of the main ones, since the company's sales will be formed from interaction with a client. The problem of manager overload when working with a client allows the company to miss out on potential benefits. It is possible to improve the business process by building models and improving these models. To study the process, you can use methods such as observation, interviews, timing. The research has proven the effectiveness of improving and automating certain operations to improve customer experience. When the developed recommendations are implemented, a decrease in the manager's workload and an increase in sales conversion are expected.
