Selection and Implementation of the Development Strategy of the Company "CSort" LLC

The topic of this diploma work is "Choosing a strategy for the development of the company LLC "CSORT", in which the main issues related to the development and adoption of strategic decisions in the organization were considered. The company we analyze faces the problem of scaling its business, which contributes to the development and testing of new potential development strategies. Currently, the concept of "development strategy" is widely used. Its definition indicates the concretization of the development path based on the dynamics of the external and internal environment of the organization. Almost any organization today uses strategic management, and to understand in which direction the company should move, managers first need to thoroughly study the state of the internal and external environment in which the organization is located. The main purpose of this work is to choose the development strategy of the industrial company "CSORT" LLC. This goal was achieved by collecting up-to-date information about the company, competitors, trends, volumes, as well as by studying the company's case study provided by management. The task was to study the theoretical foundations of strategic management in modern conditions, analyze the external and internal factors of the company, choose a promising development strategy and develop a plan for implementing a strategic alternative. In the course of the work, the following results were obtained: 1) A strategic analysis of the company was conducted in order to identify its strengths and weaknesses; 2) Possible development strategies are formulated; 3) Developed roadmaps for the implementation of each strategy of strategic development of the company "CSORT" to ensure the task of scaling the business; 4) Assessment of the achieved financial and economic results in the implementation of each of the alternatives to the development of the company "CSORT", the results of which justify the choice of a promising alternative to business development; 5) A profitable strategy for further development of the company has been selected. Thus, strategic decisions or, in other words, strategic management in the organization's activities is one of the most important areas of the company's activity, which is responsible for the development of the enterprise in a volatile external environment, as well as for the management of the organization's resources to achieve its goals and objectives. This work will also create prospects for further research, where the relevance of using strategic planning for the successful functioning of modern firms may be questioned.
