With the development of the modern world, the time spent by people on any action is becoming more and more valuable resource. This fact concerns both different business processes and everyday life of a person. Not without reason some of the largest companies in the world become organizations which offer people to save their time. Thus, as an example we can give such multinational companies as "Amazon", "DHL", "Aliexpress", etc. In Russia, prime examples of such organizations are "OZON", "Yandex Market", "Samokat", etc. These companies are associated with what we call "last mile logistics", in other words - delivery of goods of the last mile. However, it is worth noting that such a concept as the last mile is much broader than the delivery of goods directly to the door of the house / apartment. Thus, with the development of Internet commerce do not disappear sales outlets of "offline retailers", which accordingly also need to provide products. In this case, the concept of last mile logistics begins to play a new color, because the end point of the movement of goods is the store, from the shelves of which the product is released, and therefore, "last mile logistics" will in this case refers to the supply of such outlets with the products they sell. Do not forget the fact that hotels, cafes and restaurants also need to supply the products released. In this case, it is the point of receipt of goods in the points of the segment HoReCa becomes the final link in the supply chain. So, in my graduate qualification work I will consider the process of supplying outlets of various retail chains, as well as the segment HoReCa with dispensed products and its optimization. Ultimately, by optimizing the delivery process, it is planned to achieve a reduction in transaction costs, increasing the level of service of the organization, reducing the number of return flows.
