Strategies of Intellectual Capital Management in Large Russian Companies

Intellectual capital is becoming an increasingly important component of business, for large Russian companies are not the exception. This paper is a theoretical and empirical analysis of the impact of intellectual capital on the business performance and innovativeness of large Russian companies, and it also provides recommendations on optimal strategies for managing intellectual capital for these companies.
