This final qualifying work is consulting work and is aimed at studying the current business processes of the American IT company “Firework“, which plans to assess the profitability of implementing an IT solution based on the artificial intelligence of the company” Oracle " in the commercial department. The purpose of the study is to conduct an economic assessment of the effectiveness of implementing an IT solution based on Oracle AI in the commercial department of Firework as a project, on the basis of which recommendations for its integration will be developed, according to the company's business strategy for 2021. The following research methods are used: theoretical methods, methods of modelling, analysis and synthesis, including the analysis of scientific research in this field, as well as articles of commercial research agencies and online publishers; empirical methods, such as studying the current business processes of the commercial department of Firework, the capabilities of Oracle IT products with AI through interviews with their employee, as well as processing quantitative data on the cost of Oracle IT solutions and current indicators of the commercial department of Firework, compiling a register and risk map, conducting an economic assessment of the profitability of implementing an IT solution based on AI using Cost-benefit analysis (CBA), as well as calculating the ROI coefficient. In the first chapter, thanks to the analysis of research papers and articles of international consulting companies specializing in AI technologies, the concepts of AI and its varieties were revealed in detail, the essence of AI projects and their role for companies in the modern world were revealed, the features of strategies for implementing these projects were identified, key indicators of the success of AI projects and methods for evaluating the effectiveness of their implementation were identified, and a deep analysis of the possibilities of AI technologies for optimizing the business processes of the company's commercial department was performed. With the help of the theoretical base from the first chapter, data from the internal reporting of Firework obtained during the internship in it, and interviews with its CEO and an employee of the Oracle sales department, the next chapter analyzed the project for the implementation of an IT solution based on Oracle AI in the commercial department of Firework. As part of this analysis, a brief overview of Firework and its current business processes of the commercial department was made, the goals and objectives of integration were defined, relevant Oracle IT solutions were selected, risks and threats of implementation were found by compiling a register and a risk matrix, an economic assessment of the implementation efficiency was made by calculating the ROI coefficient and cost-benefit analysis (CBA), and recommendations were developed for the implementation of this project, according to the company's business strategy for 2021 and the risks obtained. As a result of the economic assessment, the project to implement an IT solution based on Oracle AI in the commercial department of Firework turned out to be cost-effective, if we consider its implementation within two years, capable of recouping the invested funds more than 2 times, but in the first year, this integration can negatively affect the company's gross profit due to high costs and a gradual increase in the number of customers, which indicates an increased risk of the project for Firework.
