Risk Management of Universal Transport Terminal LUGAPORT Construction Project

All projects are risky. Every entrepreneur or investor starting his project thinks about losses associated with uncertainty and risks, potential internal problems or external market pressures. Each project is unique, from scope to scale. The purpose of this study is to identify the specifics of risk management of the large-scale project "Lugaport" of the group of companies "Novotrans". And provide advisory solutions to improve risk response. The research will use the PMBOK (Project Management Guide) and COSO ERM guidelines to conduct the study. The analysis will be based on company reports, detailed interviews with company representatives and a general breakdown of Internet resources. The study results are valuable for project managers to construct and commission large vehicles at the planning stage or projects already underway.
