The pharmaceutical industry is one of the most important areas of state activity to ensure a high standard of living for the population. At the moment, the Russian pharmaceutical market is strictly regulated at the state level. However, the industry continues to suffer from a large number of low-quality and counterfeit medicines, which negatively affects the reputation of pharmaceutical companies and medical institutions, as well as the quality of life of patients. In terms of logistics processes, the pharmaceutical industry is a complex area for logistics, as it requires strict compliance with a large number of rules during the transport and storage stages, such as temperature control and shelf life restrictions. This requires high traceability of the transport and storage process, as well as transparency of the entire supply chain. Mandatory labeling of medicines, introduced in Russia in 2020, is a means of increasing the productivity of logistics processes and improving the quality of logistics services. The main goal of this research is to identify ways in which the labeling process of medicines increases the efficiency of the logistics processes of a pharmaceutical company, as well as to improve the business process of processing a customer's order in accordance with the requirements of mandatory labeling. The relevance of this research is that many Russian researchers have described the main stages of the introduction of labeling in the company, as well as made assumptions about the upcoming difficulties of implementing this project. However, only a small proportion of studies analyze the consequences of the introduction of labeling for the internal business processes of the company. This topic is poorly studied due to the fact that labeling is a new process for Russian pharmaceutical companies, and it became mandatory for implementation only in July 2020. The object of research of the final qualification work is the pharmaceutical company "Novo Nordisk" LLC. The subject of the study is the process of transportation and processing a customer's order in a pharmaceutical company and ways to improve its efficiency. The purpose of the study is achieved by performing the following tasks: 1) Analysis of the company's history, internal and external environment, and the company's position in the Russian pharmaceutical market. 2) Analysis of the company's economic and logistics systems. 3) Identification of problems in the company's logistics system. 4) Analysis and synthesis of materials on the process of labeling process implementation and the effects of its implementation. 5) Modeling and reengineering of the process of transportation and processing of the customer's order according to the requirements of mandatory labeling. 6) Analysis of the effectiveness of the implementation of the labeling process in the company "Novo Nordisk" LLC. In the process of writing the research, the methods of modeling business processes, analyzing professional literature, conducting interviews, and applying the strategic profit model to evaluate the effectiveness of the implemented labeling process were used. The result of the research is an improved process of transportation and processing of the customer's order, which meets the requirements of labeling and proves that it is possible to turn the threat of this external factor to the advantage.
