Developing the Strategy to Promote the Online Store of the Company «Torgoviy Dom S Textile LLC»

Nowadays, in the era of digitalization, e-commerce market has been growing at a very rapid pace. Convenience, quickness of buying products online more and more motivate consumers to purchase goods via the Internet. That is why the development of online stores opens up great opportunities for companies. The textile company «Torgoviy Dom S-Textile» apart from twenty stores around Russia, also has the online-store. Unfortunately, this channel of distribution shows low sales results. It is caused by the chaotic application of some marketing tools, as the company doesn’t have the clear plan of action. The specific objective of the study is to develop the promotion strategy of the online-store «Torgoviy Dom S-Textile». It will be achieved by the analysis of secondary data - scientific articles, researches, data, provided by the company, by the conduct an interview with the marketing specialist from the company and quantitative research, which will consist of online questionnaire of potential customers. This study will be helpful to the company, because they are interested in increasing sales through the online-store, and usage of the recommendations, which will be collected by this study can help them to do it.
