Data is the most important asset of every business, taking right and useful decisions based on data will change the business to the peak of success. In today's data-driven world all the businesses are trying to facilitate their business process in order to make useful and effective decisions to increase their revenue and identify the poor performances, risks, and take on-time actions. To track the performance of your business BI tools makes it easy by building an effective and standard Dashboard which is the most important part of every business now but lack of standards and universal framework makes it difficult for the data analyst and dashboard designers while designing the dashboard which causes to spend more time, more budget, made more mistakes and often designing poor dashboards which could fail to convey the useful information and insights to business users and staff. This work includes the standards of the international business communication rules for the designing of the most effective dashboards, which will cover the instructions for defining the useful and right KPIs for different business tasks which makes it easy for the BI users and dashboard designers to develop correct and standard dashboards for their business tasks on time to convey the most important insights to the dashboard users. By applying this framework data analysts and dashboard designers will save enough time and money and avoid common mistakes while designing dashboards that make the dashboard readable to everyone and everywhere.
