Process Management of Creation Electronic Trading Platforms (Marketplaces) in the Field of Sports

This research focuses on the study and analysis of the marketplace’s creation processes and its functioning in the field of sports, as well as the features of sports sales mechanics on electronic trading platforms. The main objective of the study is to suggest effectiveness and quality control criteria of the sports marketplace’s creation. The master’s thesis analyzes how marketplaces’ features influence the sports electronic trading platform efficiency. In the research were studied the concept of e-commerce and approaches to its classification. Master’s thesis provides international and national sports marketplaces analyze. Also, e-commerce trends in the field of sports were identified and successful examples of creating sports marketplaces were considered. As a result of the study, effectiveness and quality control criteria of the sports marketplaces’ creation were proposed.
