The Problem of Staffing of the Teaching Staff in Preschool Organizations and Ways of Solving This Problem (on the Example of Russian City)

The purpose of this study is identification the main problems of staffing preschool educational organizations and suggest possible ways to solve this problem. For this purpose, the author analyzes the theoretical approaches to the of staffing organizations, considers the features of the creation and functioning of preschool educational organizations, as well as the current state of providing pedagogical personnel to pre-school educational institutions in Russia. The conducted survey of young specialists and teaching staff revealed the existing problems in attracting and retaining staff of preschool educational organizations. Based on the results of the study, the author presents proposals for solving the identified problems.
