In this work we introduce a notion of F-polynomial for Feynman graphs. It is a generalization of B-polynomial defined earlier by Jordan Awan and Oliver Bernardi. The F-polynomial has four variables but it can be reduced to the B-polynomial in the absence of external edges. We consider various properties of the polynomial and prove that neither B-polynomial nor F-polynomial are not homomorphisms of bialgebras.
