Organizational Culture Transformation in the Process of Digital Systems for Project Management Implementation

The paper attempts to determine the transformation processes occurring during the implementation of digital project management systems. The study was carried out in a qualitative design and includes an analysis of several firms in different areas of specialization, which are at varied stages of implementation of these systems. As a result of the semi-structured in-depth interviews, the changes in the culture of firms from 2020 to 2021 were described.
