This study aimed to examine the impact of CSR practices on employee satisfaction in the IT sector in Russia. Previous research on CSR indicated that it has a significant influence on performance of employees and serves as a strategic tool to achieve a competitive advantage. Literature on CSR in Russia focused almost exclusively on the correlation between CSR activities and financial performance of organisations. Surveying was used as the main research method for data collection. The sample will include 130 employees of 15 IT companies in Russia. Multiple linear regression analysis in Python was performed for data analysis to define the relationship between CSR programmes and employee satisfaction. Moreover, sentiment analysis of employee review websites was conducted to define the attitude towards the company. Additionally, this paper proposed recommendations for implementation of CSR programmes in IT companies in Russia.
