This final qualification work contains the conducted research on the topic "Development of an Information and Analytical System for Human Resources Management at the IT Company". This system allows users to implement the following functions of the human resource management process: selection of employees by obtaining data on candidates and their resumes without unnecessary monitoring of third-party online portals, as well as making automated decisions based on data, rather than on intuition; training and adaptation of new employees by providing access to the knowledge base and testing employees on the studied topics; load control by taking into account the actual labor costs of employees; employee development by filling in and evaluating using the "competence matrix"tool. The system has a three-tier architecture, with the application divided into 3 main levels: the client part (an application with a microservice architecture implemented using the Angular framework and the single-spa library, the Typescript language, the server part (several WebAPI and auxiliary libraries developed on .Net Core, C# and Python languages), as well as part of the database (PostgreSQL DBMS).
