Formation of Adolescents’ Educational Behavior in Extracurricular Activities as a Managerial Task

The structure and volume of the final qualifying work (master's thesis). The work includes introduction, three chapters and conclusion. The work is presented on 81 pages, includes 2 appendixes, 5 tables, based on 33 sources, including scientific articles, books and other publications of Russian and foreign authors. The research topic is Formation of Adolescents’ Educational Behavior in Extracurricular Activities as a Managerial Task The purpose of the study is to create to create a management model of extracurricular activities of the school, focused on the formation of educational behavior of high school students in conditions of uncertainty of the choice of the future. Subject of the study: management of the formation of high school students’ educational behavior by means of extracurricular activities; Nature of the work: project and research. Research methods: In accordance with the logic of the study, it is proposed to use a set of complementary theoretical and empirical methods to solve the set tasks: • theoretical - analysis of pedagogical, psychological, managerial, sociological scientific sources on the research problem; • empirical - structured interviews with high school students, analysis of an individual approach in the teaching of schools through the analysis of documentation and interviewing representatives of schools, designing a model for managing extracurricular activities, developing a program of extracurricular activities. In this research we clarified the definitions of key concepts: educational behavior and individual educational route. In the course of the study of the high school students’ educational behavior, factors that influence the educational behavior of students are identified, deficiencies in the implementation of an individual approach to learning are identified. We have created a model for managing extracurricular activities based on the project activities of gymnasium teachers - the research base. In the course of the project activity,teachers and admistrators have created a program of extracurricular activities, focused on the formation of high school students’ educational behavior in conditions of uncertainty about the choice of the future. The research materials can be used by principles and members of management teams of educational organizations.
