Сorporate Standards of Preschool Education Organization as a Management Resource

The master's thesis was completed in a project format. The purpose of the study is creation and testing of corporate standards of preschool educational organizations. The work consists of five sections, divided into two chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the theoretical foundations of the study. Chapter deals with the analysis of scientific publications of regulatory documents, the formulation of the definition of the key concept ("corporate standards") and the identification of essential characteristics and causes of corporate standards in the production of services. The second chapter is devoted to the development, testing and implementation of corporate standards. The results of the analysis of data obtained through content analysis, survey of respondents and focus groups are presented, the specifics of the requests that groups of respondents make to the development of corporate standards are revealed. The master's thesis is written on 60 pages of typewritten text, accompanied by illustrative material, empirical data in the form of 8 tables and 5 figures.
