The defence deadlines (1st- and 2nd-year students)

Main deadlines

For the first-year students:

May 13 – students can change (correct) a topic of coursework (can not change a supervisor);

May 15 – students must submit a draft of coursework to a supervisor;

May 22 – students have to send a final version of coursework to a supervisor;

May 28 (1 week before the defence) –  students have to upload coursework in LMS (after this a text of coursework can not be corrected!). You could upload your work earlier than the 28th of May.

May 30 (not later than 4 days before the defence) – supervisor has to submit their review to LMS

June 4 – Defence (presentation online)

Updated deadlines for second-year students:

May, 12 - submit reviewers’ name and contacts 

May, 12 - predefence - (all students have to go through predefence in May, even those who plans to defend in autumn)

Only those, who defend in June:

May, 20 - students have to upload coursework in LMS (after this a text can not be corrected!).

June, 2 - external reviewer has to send their feedback

 

June, 5 - supervisor has to submit their review to LMS

June, 10-11 - defence.

Those, who do not defend in June, do not upload their thesis to LMS in May.
