International Corporate Compliance and Business Ethics

This programme prepares specialists for work in the fields of compliance and business ethics at the international level. Students learn how to detect risks of sanctions and/or other adverse effects on companies caused by supervisory authorities, conduct compliance studies, pinpoint legal means to minimize companies’ risks, and develop internal regulations in the field of corporate compliance control etc.

Graduates of the programme work in the compliance divisions of the largest Russian and international organizations, a field particularly in demand since new regulatory requirements have been introduced for internal organizational control, as well as in national and foreign legal and consulting companies.
