Until September 14, first-year bachelor’s and specialist students can choose English language courses, while second-years can select a general elective course they haven’t taken before

HSE University Rector Nikita Anisimov has congratulated students, teachers, and staff on Knowledge Day, which marks the beginning of the new academic year and is celebrated in Russia on September 1. ‘This day marks the new opportunities that open up to us and calls us to climb the most unreachable heights,’ he said.
