International Coaching Party: Open Event of Master's Programme 'Psychology in Business'

Lisa Kabouridis (MA in Coaching, UK) and Nadia Allam (ICF certified professional coach, UK) will present a new coaching approach for the first time in Russia.

In the programme:

1. As a certified trainer and coach, Lisa Kabouridis will introduce you to mBIT (Multiple Brain Integration Techniques). 

Based on the latest research from the fields of neuroscience, positive psychology and behavioural modelling, mBIT supports and validates ancient teachings that we have at least 3 separate intelligences or ‘brains’ operating in our bodies, the head, heart and gut. During this session you will learn about the science behind your three brains and how to apply that learning to better communicate with all three to be more connected to yourself, enhance your resilience, work better with clients and make wiser, more congruent decisions.

 2. Blending Multiple Brain Integration Techniques with Professional Coaching

Nadia Allam will discuss how mBraining techniques achieves results in her coaching practice. As a strengths and values coach, mBraining together with the VIA personality test (a psychometrically validated personality test that measures an individual’s character strengths) helps Nadia bring her clients deeper self awareness and engage fully with their core values which serves as a compass in every aspect of their life.
