The trip to Yaroslavl was very productive and energetic. According to my feelings, we managed to do so much, as if there were a week in the city, but not 2 days. After the excursion to the company Tenzor I wanted to become a programmer, only to work in their creative office. I think that for psychologists, too, you can do such a workspace! Anna Toropova shared with us valuable and interesting information, told about the process of recruitment in the company "Tenzor". Until the evening we listened to her with groupmates with great pleasure! I think that Anna can be invited to the course on HR-technologies as an expert, it will be very useful! On Sunday Natalia Ivanova joined our friendly company, we walked around the city, got acquainted with the sights. And, of course, Natalia showed us a very useful psychological technique for working out complex issues with clients and introspection. And do you know where it was? In an art museum! I do not cease to marvel at the ability of Natalia to find a business-psychological approach in everything and pass on to us interesting new methods that can be applied right there! Our early release made this trip more emotional, we became with the guys a real team, it seemed to me. Thank you for the new horizons and growth opportunities!
