Responsibilities
- Directions the activity of the study office and supervising the execution of the tasks and functions specified in the Regulations on the Department, the decisions of the Academic Council, orders of the Higher School of Economics and instructions of the HSE administration, the dean of the faculty, his deputies , the academic head of the educational program (hereinafter EP);
- The scheduling of lectures, exam periods, retakes on the base of curriculums
- The immediate monitoring of schedule changes and timely informing about the changes including the usage of computer network
- Monitoring the implementation of the curriculum by lecturers and informing management CSUP about any violations
- Preparation of information needed to rate lecturers
- Control of supplying classes, groups, divisions of educational institution with necessary classrooms, information and technical equipment
- Immediate control over the educational process, ensuring the rational use of educational and extra-curricular facilities of the educational institution
