Responsibilities

Coordinating the following areas and activities of HSE University:

Legal and personnel support for the activities of HSE University, the formation and implementation of the university’s social policy
Formation and implementation of HSE policy in the field of intellectual property management
Procurement of goods, works and services for university purposes
Ensuring the university’s compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of occupational safety
Monitoring the implementation and improvement of legal and personnel support for the university’s activities and social policy
Coordination and monitoring of the development and implementation of HSE policy in the field of intellectual rights, the development of mechanisms for managing HSE intellectual property
Overseeing the organisation of work on the purchase of goods, works, and services for university purposes in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation and the internal regulations of HSE University
Organisation of the development and monitoring of the implementation of a set of measures to ensure safe working conditions
